DENTAL BENEFIT PROGRAMThis program was created at the request of independent dentists to provide members of their community with a dental benefit like no other. Local businesses, colleges, residential communities, restaurants and other associations and groups now have access to discounted rates that have been agreed to by a large network of Dental Cooperative dentists in your area.Not to be confused with dental insurance, this Dental Benefit Program does not pay claims or receive premium payments required for participation. In addition, there are no waiting periods, annual maximum limits or deductibles to be paid by the patient. Most importantly, there are no dental insurance premiums required to participate in this program! Dental Benefit Program cards are received through the following methods:
This program is a fee-for-service product that allows patients access to discount levels that normally cannot be negotiated alone. In addition to these discounts, other offers may be available to you that are outlined on the back of your benefit card. Once your benefit card is activated online and you have received your Patient ID#, you may access the discounted fee schedule and identify the participating dental providers associated to your group. You may do so from the home page by pressing the "Patients: Cardholders enter here" tab and then entering your two access codes on the next page under the returning visitors section on the left side of the page.
