WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?

Benefit cards are created with your group name and selected participants
identified on the front of each card. Instead of directing premiums to
insurance companies, employers and individual patients are encouraged to
consider budgeting for dental work using one of three types of health
savings plans that can easily be set up for you: Health Savings Account, Health Reimbursement Account and a Flex Savings Account.

If employers and employees choose to budget money for dental work without these IRS approved savings mechanisms, Dental Benefit Program cards can be issued and used immediately.

Your dental benefit card can be activated from our home page by pressing the ''Patients: Cardholder Enter Here'' tab. Use the 4-Digit Group ID # located on the front of your card to activate your card. In this process you will be assigned a Patient ID # that you will need to write down on your card. The negotiated dental fee schedule and a list of participating providers can be accessed online using both your member and patient ID numbers.

When the Dental Benefit Program is coupled with a patient’s ability to budget money for dental work, there exists a powerful formula. Patients are receiving more dentistry with less out of pocket expense and they are doing away with all of the restrictions associated with traditional dental insurance. It’s a winning combination that everyone can benefit from.
